North East Alberta Fetal Alcohol Network
NEAFAN’s key activities are:

To provide outreach and support in the community to connect with existing support services and to build a client base. |

To build relationships in the 5 rural communities to identify local needs and resources/partners and to profile NEAFAN and services being offered.

To refer persons suspected of having FASD for assessment and support them to engage in the assessment process. |
• |
Identify potential resources and services in the outlying communities and assist individuals with FASD to access community supports.

Share information and deliver education to build community capacity to meet the needs of residents affected by FASD. |
