Developing Independent Parents

Developing Independent Parents provides a safety net of services to aid, teach, and supervise young parents who are working against the odds to successfully raise their children on their own. Team members provide parenting skills, counseling and support while giving young parents the time to learn positive skills to develop a healthy lifestyle for their family.

We serve young parents who are in the care of Child and Family Services or whose children are in care. We provide services for parents who desire to raise their children positively but currently lack the skills to do so.
