These programs
deliver specialized individual supports designed
to provide young people with a range of educational,
employment and life / living skills, helping to
prepare them to live as functioning, responsible,
successful and independent adults.
The program serves youth from 16 to 20 years old
who are involved with Children’s Services,
are unable to live in their natural homes but
require assistance to live alone.
Living accommodation is provided when and if necessary.
The youth may share accommodation with a skilled
adult mentor, or live in his / her own apartment
within the community.
