These programs deliver specialized individual supports designed to provide young people with a range of educational, employment and life / living skills, helping to prepare them to live as functioning, responsible, successful and independent adults.

The program serves youth from 16 to 20 years old who are involved with Children’s Services, are unable to live in their natural homes but require assistance to live alone.

Living accommodation is provided when and if necessary. The youth may share accommodation with a skilled adult mentor, or live in his / her own apartment within the community.
