We provide community - based homes for young people who are in need of group care.

What are our group care homes like?

Our homes are a safe and nurturing home environment. They are friendly, warm and caring.

Our group care homes are highly structured; planned and supervised activities characterize the programming within the homes. The care of the young people is planned, based on individual assessment and case conferencing.

Our work begins with the unconditional acceptance of the young person and her/his current circumstance. We place a strong emphasis on providing individualized interventions that will help the young people overcome the current issues and needs.

Guided by...

A belief that the active participation of individuals, their families, Support Networks and Communities. A belief that the provision of a flexible, responsive service based on individual ability and need works best, and a belief that services are best delivered within the context of the individual's community and support network.

Quality Caring Service

Our services are quality services delivered by quality people - people who care, who have skills and training, and who are committed to ensuring that each young person is safe, secure and cared for. The homes have access to clinical services and a clinician is a member of the staff team.

We are committed to providing services that have a strong emphasis on family support and helping bring the family together. This means that we think that a young person needs are best met within his or her own family and own community. We emphasize having parents and family remain active participants in the young person's life while she/he is in our home. We work to ensure the safety of the young person.
