McMan’s highly innovative and effective community outreach programs are examples of our Vision and Mission in action.

Our outreach programs and services have been developed in direct response to the needs, issues, culture and conditions in the local communities we serve. And the programs are as varied as the communities themselves.

For example, McMan’s family support outreach program provides caring and professional support to children, youth and parents who are struggling with various issues within the family unit.

Other examples of McMan’s community outreach services are programs developed to serve people with medical or mental disabilities, and other programs developed specifically for parents and caregivers of children with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder or for youth who have “burned all of their bridges” and have no one to advocate for them.
