McMan Alberta is community focused and regionally based and works in partnership with local communities and the people that use McMan services. McMan operations are subject to the guidance and stewardship of local regional Boards.

McMans provincial operations are guided by the Provincial Board of Directors. Board members serve as McMans most senior volunteers. They are chosen for their expertise and for their ability to represent the local community.
