Since 1979, McMan has been providing quality care and services to children, youth and families in communities throughout Alberta. We are a responsive, regionally-based and locally-guided organization, one that initiates, delivers, and sustains the services and programs each community needs.

We provide resources and expertise to grass roots and community initiatives. We encourage, and participate in, partnerships with local ethnic and cultural groups, while remaining sensitive to – and respectful of – community values, beliefs and practices.

And, from our local boards of directors, to our professional staff and the volunteers who are the heart of any community organization, we’re people who truly care. We care about what we’re doing – we care about the people we’re serving, and about the society we’re trying to make more just, more equitable, more inclusive, and more compassionate.
