In an average year our Family Intervention Program serves approximately 450 youth and families. During the course of our work with families we ask for and value their feedback. In our last round of surveys 100% of our families reported that they had benefitted from our service. 100% of our families also reported feeling supported, respected and that McMan had assisted them with the changes they had made in their lives.

"My worker was confident - meaning I could say things without being judged. She was able to reach out and find resources we needed but didn't know about."

"My Family Support Worker vailidated me as a mother, she has understood me and listened always without judgement, she has taught me to trust my instincts."

"McMan helped me to open up more when it comes to feelings and  the problems I may experience she also taught me  to set healthy boundaries."

"Because my youth worker is a girl she understood what I was going through. I told her private information I couldn't tell a guy."
