As part of the Mental Health Capacity Building initiative, McMan Success Coaches work with youth that need support and guidance in many aspects of their lives. With funding through Alberta Health Services - Mental Health and Addictions and Alberta Education, the Medicine Hat School District #76, the Prairie Rose School Division #8, and the Medicine Hat Catholic School Board of Education have Success Coaches within several of their schools. 

The Success Coaches engage the students in universal programming that focuses on reducing the barriers and stigmas associated with mental illness while improving overall wellness.  This is also achieved through providing one to one youth work; skill building groups, and making referrals to community supports that can assist youth in developing the tools they need to build a happy, successful life, therefore reaching their full potential.
