Milestones is a home-based program that provides support to families who have a child with a developmental disability and who receive funding through Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD). Families can access a Coordinator who will meet with the child and parents to support them in increasing parenting skills, building extended support networks, and increasing community inclusion.
