FASD Maps is a program for youth and young adults who may be, or are living with a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and are between the ages of 13 and 21 years old.
The Family and Youth Coordinator offers coaching and support to youth to support their development. Support may include education, information, community resourcing, mentoring services, coaching and advocacy for youth and their families to improve their quality of life. The Coordinator works closely with the youth and if appropriate, with the family to support the positive growth and development of the youth. This may include accompanying the youth to various appointments to meet with professionals involved.
FASD Maps is a partnership with Hull Family Services, Wood's Homes, and Renfrew Educational Services.
Youth involved with FASD Maps can also access Kaleidoscope and YAAC concurrently.
