Kaleidoscope is a program for youth and young adults who may be, or are living with a diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and are between the ages of 13 and 21 years old.
The Peer Mentor provides support for youth on a one-to-one basis as well as in a group setting. The youth learn about FASD, how it impacts their daily life, and many strategies that can be used in a variety of settings. The Peer Mentor meets with youth in the community, and uses their personal life experiences to educate and support youth in the program.
Kaleidoscope also offers public awareness and education presentations for agencies, companies, and other groups.
Youth involved in Kaleidoscope can also access FASD Maps and YAAC concurrently.
